We’ve been doing this for many years and our expertise ensures that companies keep coming back to us for their functions, whether it be an event for twenty or five hundred.

At CC Conferences and Corporate Events we’re not here simply to take over the running and organising of your entire event. Yes, we have the capacity to do such things, but we’re also here to offer a helping hand for certain tasks that you may not have time for.

Here’s a scenario. You’re the appointed event manager for your company’s major function and so far you’ve organised the venue and are in the process of collecting RSVPs or registrations. But do you have the time and know-how to book the flights, book and confirm transfers, book an offsite dinner, arrange name tags and collateral? There may be some things you wish you had assistance with. That’s where we come in.

Some of our Corporate Event services include:

  • Corporate incentive travel, planning and management.
  • Registration and reporting services for corporate events such as dinners, conferences, seminars – collecting registrations, RSVPs, following up invitations, confirming numbers, collecting secure on-line payments, etc.
  • Organisation of the logistics of your corporate event such as accommodation management, travel and transfers, corporate dinners and trade shows.  We also work in tandem with a production agency  who can organise more detailed staging, lighting, theming etc if required.
  • Arranging a small event within a larger event. For example we recently worked with an Australian contingent of Doctors attending a worldwide conference in Canada on behalf of a medical device company. We organised their flights, accommodation, registration and dinner arrangements within the framework of a larger worldwide event.
