For this annual company incentive, CC provided initial destination suggestions and then programme coordination to tailor a unique and memorable itinerary. Highlights included a tour of Shanghai’s French Quarter on motorbike side-cars, lunch at an ex-pat’s bar to watch the Melbourne Cup, very fine dining in some of Shanghai’s best restaurants, go-karting at the Shanghai Formula 1 track and plenty of shopping.

Travel for this group occurred on the Sunday and Monday that Qantas Airways grounded their entire fleet and as a licenced travel agent CC was able to reaccommodate interstate people in different cities and get seats on Cathay Pacific via Hong Kong to Shanghai from Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Everyone arrived on time in Shanghai, albeit with an extra couple of hours travelling time via Hong Kong, and the programme continued as planned.

We also organised the extensive audio/visual technical support, involving a producer/ technician that we have worked with previously and in whom we have absolute confidence

With only four months lead-in, it was a concentrated effort to get everything finalised in good time. At the last minute our Aboriginal drumming troupe were unable to attend due to traditional rules, but we were able to replace them with a fantastic singer who was able to step in at the last minute. Despite temperatures of up to 40 degrees, the client rated it as the most successful conference so far. We look forward to helping to make their next one reach even greater heights

This was a short-lead event that involved all hands on deck with human signs around Sydney. Most flights arrived on time ensuring delegates were suitably delivered on time for their event. In addition the sun was shining on the harbour and made for an excellent day being a human sign
